She joins the company from Bausch & Lomb, where she was a product manager for its UK vision care division. A New Zealander, Stephanie began her career in the pharmaceutical industry with Merck, Sharp and Dohme NZ Ltd in an initial role of marketing analyst before moving on to work for the company’s cardiology drugs Cozaar and Hyzaar as an associate product manager.She moved to the UK in 2006 to join Bausch & Lomb and gain consumer experience in a more condensed and retail orientated marketplace.
