New manager for RSA Interims Tarquin Bennett-Coles has been appointed manager of RSA Interims. Tarquin is an experienced manager and life science recruiter. He has worked on roles in early drug discovery and development through to clinical trial phases and commercial product launch, and knows the interim, permanent and contracting markets. Previously, he was the UK business director for the clinical and medical divisions of a global healthcare staffing company. He is a passionate advocate for the sector and sits on a number of steering committees representing life science and human capital. Tarquin said: “There has been a big increase in outsourcing over recent years and it’s now growing at two to three times the rate of the life science market as a whole. Interim management is part of this shift towards outsourcing and is now widely recognised as the UK’s fastest growing strategic resource. “My aim will be to draw on RSA’s global reach and 25 years’ experience and expertise, and extend and develop our leading position in the life science interim management market.”
