Mark Johnson, the latest addition to the team, has three years’ scientific contingency recruitment experience, coupled with a BSc in applied biology and a laboratory background in biopharmaceutical microbiology. Natalie Hubble is working specifically in regulatory affairs. Natalie started her career in bench science R&D. She moved into the public sector to run a university clinical placement programme for student nurses. She joined RSA from a major high street recruitment agency where she was involved in developing new business. Simon Loader, who has over six years’ recruitment experience with permanent and interim managers within the finance, accounting and commercial sectors, joined RSA to specialise in sales and marketing and develop his career. Tim Wagstaff has a BSc in biochemistry and an MSc in computer science. He has worked in pharmaceutical recruitment since October 2004, having previously worked in laboratory based roles in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical sectors.
