Affiniti has made two additions to its management team. Stephen Dunn has ben appointed as commercial director and Neil Smith becomes deputy managing director. Stephen joins from Darwin Grey where he specialized in developing integrated communication programmes including e-learning and CME for key clients includingNovartis, Sanofi-Aventis and Roche.
With over 12 years experience in pharma, Stephen has worked across a wide range of therapy areas from oncology to cardiology. Neil will assume a key managerial role while continuing as the agencys creative services director, and chairman of the Pharmaceutical Marketing Society Awards.

Steve Morris began his career in consumer advertising, then founded and managed advertising monitor Print Archives for 15 years. Colin Hannah has become managing director of Innovex UK. Colin has a track record in sales and marketing in pharma spanning more than 20 years. Before joining Innovex in 2006, Colin was managing director for Sanofi-Aventis for Australia and New Zealand. This opportunity has arisen because Alison Clough is now responsible for Innovex global operations. Dr Thierry Le Chevalier is the new vice president, Oncology Medicine Development Centre and scientific advisor for GlaxoSmithKline. Dr Le Chevalier was formerly director, international affairs, at the French National Cancer Institute and has a wealth of oncology experience, especially in lung cancer. Prior to this, he held a number of positions at the Institut Gustave Roussy in France including head of the division of cancer medicine and chief of service, medical oncology.
He has written and contributed to more than 300 publications, presentations and books and he is currently the associate editor of Annals of Oncology and the Journal of Thoracic Oncology. He has previously held the position of chairman of both the Lung Cancer Group of the French Federation of Cancer Centres and the Scientific Committee of the French Intergroup of Thoracic Oncology.
