Chandler Chicco launches 'identity-driven' consultancy

Chandler Chicco Companies has launched a new European business unit to tap into the growth of ‘socio-digital’ communications.

Ingenda Communications will focus on segmenting and analysing healthcare audiences and developing patient communications programmes that take account of a changing environment that’s seen rapid social change and growing patient enpowerment.

“At no time in history have patients had greater access to information about their health,” said Fiona Hall, European managing director of CCC. “This is the era of the individual and individual choice in healthcare. Communicating in a voice and manner that truly resonates is crucial.”

Ingenda will be headed up by managing director Kelly Teasdale, who previously held positions at Chandler Chicco Companies Europe and Ingenda’s sister agencies, Chandler Chicco Agency and Brandtectonics Access.

She will lead a multi-disciplinary team of communications professionals, cultural, behavioural and psychological planners who will work across all areas of healthcare communications.

Kelly said: “The dynamics between gender and healthcare offer a perfect example of the importance of identity intelligence within communications.”
