Biocair Customer Satisfaction Survey Results (May 2010)

On average our customers scored us 83.85% on several different aspects of our service, including: ENQUIRIES, CONSIGNMENT COLLECTION, INVOICING, OVERALL SERVICE, Our highest scores this month were for our Order Handling and Overall Service. Points for Improvement: We received some comments on how we could improve our invoicing procedure. This has been passed onto our Customer Service team who are working with Finance to improve this service.

On average our customers scored us 88.58% on several different aspects of our service, including: ENQUIRIES, CONSIGNMENT COLLECTION, INVOICING, OVERALL SERVICE, Our highest scores this month were for ‘Courtesy of Staff’ and ‘Completeness of Service’. Some of the positive feedback we received commented on our International Paperwork services and our helpful team. Points for Improvement: We received some comments on how we could improve our Online Services. We are currently redesigning the Biocair website, due to be launched in September. This will be followed by improvements (in line with your suggestions) to our Online Booking Services.

On average our customers scored us 86.88% on several different aspects of our service, including: OVERALL SERVICE, ENQUIRIES, CONSIGNMENT DELIVERY, CONSIGNMENT COLLECTION. Our highest scores this month were for ‘Professionalism’ and ‘Courtesy’. Some of the positive feedback we received commented on our helpful staff with reference to short notice, urgent deliveries. Points for Improvement: We received a comment about the facility to add more than one type of material to an online order. It is possible to do this now, but for any customers who need assistance with using our online services please contact your local Biocair office, who will be happy to help.
